Excellent Food and Service
seating area electronic dartboard professional staff
I had a great meal with friends to celebrate Christmas. The new seating area had a lovely atmosphere. There was a nice selection of food catering to everyone.. Simon, the restaurant manager, showed off the new electronic dart board with loads of games connected to it. Great service came from polite, professional staff.
The room was noisy since it was near the stairs in the new part of the building. I was woken up at 6:30 AM by guests using the stairs. The door at the bottom of the stairs was banging.

paper thin walls noisy room
Breakfast offered good food at the restaurant with friendly staff.
The walls were paper thin. I could hear everything, this made it difficult to relax, it was a real shame. I also had to ask for a quiet room next time

lovely anniversary celebration
fresh cake tasty sandwich surprise plate
We went for a festive afternoon tea to celebrate our anniversary, it was lovely. freshly cooked cakes and scones were provided alongside tasty sandwiches. the staff brought out a surprise chocolate sauce "happy anniversary" plate. It was very thoughtful. we really enjoyed our time.
The walls were rather thin. That is a slight shame

the hotel provides convenient parking. there is a very nice view of liverpool visible from many points around the hotel. the surrounding area offered a quiet setting here.

the staff were cheerful and quite helpful . the team made sure i had everything i needed. i felt very welcome, and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.

My room included good beds and pillows. the room was very clean. i found the shower to be really good. It added to the comfort of the stay.
